Pharmacists who file. Engineers who build.
Pharma Solutions Hub is a Tanzanian professional services company: pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, healthcare consultancy and digital health under one roof, built by a team that has worked inside the regulator and inside the codebase.
Why the company exists
Getting a medicine into the Tanzanian and East African market involves two systems that rarely speak to each other: the regulatory system (dossiers, inspections, vigilance calendars) and the information systems that healthcare actually runs on. Most firms can help with one. PSH was built on the conviction that they are one problem.
Our team combines registered pharmacists with regulatory affairs careers and a computer engineer specialising in health information systems. That pairing is not a department chart. It is the product.
We serve pharmaceutical manufacturers, importers and distributors, healthcare institutions, government and regulators, NGOs, development partners and health-sector investors. We're based in Dar es Salaam and handle regulatory affairs across Tanzania and the East African Community, while our digital health systems and consultancy reach clients worldwide, including international companies entering the Tanzanian market.
Vision, mission and values
Vision. To become Africa's leading integrated pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions company, advancing access to quality healthcare through regulatory excellence, innovation and digital transformation.
Mission. To bridge science, regulation, technology and healthcare delivery by providing innovative solutions that strengthen pharmaceutical businesses, healthcare institutions and health systems across Africa.
Integrity. We hold to the highest ethical and professional standards, without exception.
Regulatory excellence. We deliver accuracy and rigour that stand up to the scrutiny of any health authority.
Innovation. We apply technology and original thinking to real healthcare problems.
Partnership. We build relationships that create lasting impact for clients and the systems they serve.
How we work
Scoped in writing, before we start. Every engagement is mapped against our schedule of services with a named lead, a timeline and a fee. No open-ended retainers you can't explain to your board.
The person who files is the person who answers. Query letters are handled by the team that built the dossier, not forwarded to a junior who has never seen it.
Systems over binders. Wherever a compliance obligation repeats (vigilance reporting, renewal calendars, training records), we build or deploy software so it cannot quietly lapse.
Our team
The people who scope, file and build every engagement.
