Tunza Nasi record
Each pharmacy on Tunza Nasi runs on its own separate database, not just a separate row in a shared table. One pharmacy's data cannot be reached from another's account, and data is backed up daily, encrypted, off-site.
Accounts are provisioned directly by PSH, not through public self-service sign-up, so every pharmacy on the system has been set up and can be supported by our own team.

Privacy Policy
Tunza Nasi is a pharmacy management product developed and operated by Pharma Solutions Hub Limited ("PSH"). PSH is the data controller for information stored in Tunza Nasi.
What we collect. Staff user accounts (name, email, assigned role); your pharmacy's drug and product catalogue; batch and stock records, including expiry dates; sales transaction records; supplier contact details; purchase orders; expenses; and system notifications. We do not collect information about your customers or patients. Tunza Nasi records what was sold, not who it was sold to.
How it's isolated. Each pharmacy on Tunza Nasi runs on its own separate database. One pharmacy's data cannot be reached from another pharmacy's account.
Hosting & backups. Data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, with daily encrypted off-site backups.
Retention. We retain your pharmacy's data for as long as your account remains active. After your account is closed, we will continue to retain your data until you request its deletion.
Access. Accounts are provisioned directly by PSH, not by public self-service sign-up. Your pharmacy's own staff, per their assigned role, and authorised PSH technical staff, can access your data.

Terms of Use
Tunza Nasi is provided by Pharma Solutions Hub Limited ("PSH") as a subscription service, with one account per pharmacy or distribution point.
Access. Accounts are provisioned directly by PSH. There is no public self-service sign-up; to request access, contact us.
Plans. Tunza Nasi is offered on Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans. Current pricing is available on request.
Your responsibility. Your pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, including stock, sales and pricing. Tunza Nasi is a record-keeping and management tool; it does not replace your pharmacy's own regulatory and pharmacovigilance obligations.
Suspension. PSH may suspend access for non-payment or misuse. Suspension blocks sign-in; it does not delete your pharmacy's data.
Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Tunza Nasi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Data-handling statement
Tunza Nasi stores your pharmacy's inventory, sales and business records in its own isolated database, backed up daily, encrypted, off-site. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
